Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of VIGO websites, applications, reservation tools, ride services, and related features.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Using VIGO

Users must provide accurate information, maintain control of their account access, use VIGO lawfully, and avoid conduct that interferes with the platform, drivers, riders, service providers, or other users.

Reservations and estimates

Quotes and availability may depend on route, time, vehicle class, demand, scheduling, service area, and operational conditions. A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable confirmation process is completed.

Payments

Users authorize applicable charges associated with confirmed reservations, additional services, adjustments, cancellation rules, and other amounts clearly disclosed through the VIGO experience.

Cancellations and service changes

Reservations may be changed, delayed, reassigned, or cancelled because of rider requests, driver availability, safety concerns, payment issues, weather, road conditions, operational needs, or events outside reasonable control.

User conduct

Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe behavior, fraud, misuse of accounts, unlawful activity, and damage to vehicles or property are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

Platform availability

VIGO may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, VIGO and Giga Solutions Technologies LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as VIGO services and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
