Quotes and availability may depend on route, time, vehicle class, demand, scheduling, service area, and operational conditions. A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable confirmation process is completed.
Users authorize applicable charges associated with confirmed reservations, additional services, adjustments, cancellation rules, and other amounts clearly disclosed through the VIGO experience.
Reservations may be changed, delayed, reassigned, or cancelled because of rider requests, driver availability, safety concerns, payment issues, weather, road conditions, operational needs, or events outside reasonable control.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe behavior, fraud, misuse of accounts, unlawful activity, and damage to vehicles or property are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
VIGO may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, VIGO and Giga Solutions Technologies LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
These terms may be updated as VIGO services and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
